Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer on the day of your appointment.
At least 24 hours notice is appreciated if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows me time to offer the space to someone else on my waiting list. I understand that sometimes emergencies occur and you are unable to attend and I am sympathetic to these . A 50% cancellation fee will be applied for late notice cancellation or if you fail to attend an appointment but wish to rebook. Thank you for your understanding.
