Hello and a warm welcome to my website! As a Complementary Therapist and Reflexologist for over 12 years, I am passionate about improving health and well-being naturally and as a complement to any medical treatment you may be undergoing.
Complementary therapies have many physical and emotional effects on the body and can help achieve balance with the mind, body and emotions. They can bring huge benefit to your life whether you have a specific health problem or simply to help you enjoy the best possible levels of energy and well-being.
I strive to offer a personal touch to each treatment, adapting them to each client according to individual needs. Therapies are undertaken from a holistic perspective which means understanding and treating the ‘whole’ person not just the symptom. I offer Reflexology, Reflexology for Pain, Facial Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Reiki.
Therapies are carried out in my tranquil therapy room in Lee on the Solent, Hampshire, and is ideally located for clients within Fareham, Stubbington, Gosport and Alverstoke.
Women’s Health – Stress – Fertility – Maternity – Menopause
I have a special interest in women’s health and stress management and will take the time to find out how I can support you and your wellbeing. All the therapies I offer can help you with stress relief and when received on a regular basis can help manage stress and give you time and space to properly relax. If you are having difficulty conceiving I offer Fertility Reflexology which is continuing to have great success in supporting women and couples in their conception journey.
If you are already expecting a baby Maternity Reflexology is a wonderfully relaxing therapy which can help relieve many of the aches, pains and anxieties throughout your pregnancy. If you are going through perimenopause or the menopause, Reflexology can be a great support to your health and wellbeing at this time. It can help with many of the troublesome symptoms that can affect quality of life and along with lifestyle changes can allow this period of life to be enjoyable and enriching! I have attended various workshops to ensure my skills in these areas are up to date and am always striving to increase my knowledge of women’s health to benefit my clients.
My therapies are not a substitute for medical treatment or care, however they can be safely used alongside medical treatments. Before each treatment, a confidential medical and lifestyle consultation form will be completed to ensure the therapy is suitable for you and most importantly to understand how I can best help you. I never do back to back appointments and therefore you will be given plenty of time at the end of each session to relax, have a drink and discuss the treatment.
I am a firm believer that we are responsible for our own health and should treasure it and nurture it. We only get one body to last us a lifetime. If you make complementary therapies a regular part of your lifestyle, you will be amazed at the body’s healing ability!
